A nutrition foundation program, customizable for your group’s needs. Nutrition seminars can range from 60-minutes to half day and are also offered on a weekly basis. They can be set up in any meeting space that suits your requirements.

How to set up a diet & lifestyle plan that reduces stress, improves productivity and promotes vitality
Fueling foods for an active lifestyle
Calculate protein, caloric & hydration requirements

Included in each group session are snack, tea & related handouts.
