While crafting recipes for my recent adventure with the athletes, crew + staff of the inaugural Epic5 Ultra Run, I decided to take my current recipes and boost them with extra nutrients ---> to aid in recovery + fuel miles of running.
In addition to chia seeds, I incorporated two other types of powerhouse seeds: sesame and sacred (or holy) basil. I did this to diversify nutrients. [12 Tbsp of chia seeds works just fine for the recipe, however if you want to add these seeds, go for it!]
Two key items/steps are needed to make this super seed pudding GREAT!
