Makes 1 quart
1 quart pure, filtered water
¼ cup fresh juice - lemon, lime or orange
⅛ to ¼ tsp. sea salt
1 tsp. Calcium-Magnesium powder
1 tsp. Honey (optional)
Stir water with fresh juice.
Add sea salt to mix and and whisk well.
Add cal-mag powder and natural sweetener, such as honey (optional) and whisk again.
