What is included? How much does it cost?
Beginning December 1st thru December 30th, 30 daily health tips and recipes will be posted for you take part and share with group members. Fitness challenges will be available to everyone, regardless of paid participation.
Program cost is $30. Here is what is included:

Weekly Q&A live videos with Heidi, CEO and Founder of Nutrition by Heidi
A collaborating, fun group environment to share your progress.
You can also choose to donate directly to the cause, by indicating in the notes section that you are "donation-only" candidate.
Do I have to pay to participate?
Our daily fitness* + giving challenges will be posted to Nutrition by Heidi's Instagram and Facebook pages. Add #Impact30NBH to photos and videos to share your health journey and connect with others who have similar goals.

30 days, 30 health tips or recipes and 30 fitness challenges from Heidi + her top food, health and fitness influencers!
This program is geared to keep you on track for the holiday season... with a bigger purpose: To raise funds for those affected by the Santa Rosa fires.
All proceeds from program will benefit Anova Center for Education, which is Sonoma County’s only nonprofit school for children living with autism and was demolished by the wildfires that ravaged Northern California. Donations will go toward rebuilding K-12 classrooms and many other specialized needs of student.
Who is our Partner?
We are partnering with Chef Julia Delves of Trailside Kitchen, a Santa Rosa-based company. This seemed a like a natural fit as we are both passionate about food, outdoors, adventure and community. When I contacted her regarding this idea, she immediately and enthusiastically responded with not only a “yes” but a capital “YES” + a discount on her dark drinking chocolate, with chocolate (perfect for athletes!) and an additional financial contribution through her company. Julia agreed to extend her donation timelines through December 31st, to incorporate this challenge!

I voluntarily participate in the online fitness challenge offered through Nutrition by Heidi. I recognize that the program may involve strenuous physical activity including, but not limited to, muscle strength and endurance training, cardiovascular conditioning and training, and other various fitness activities.
